Big Island Astronomy was put together by Dan D. (or Pizza Dan)  on the Hilo side of the Big Island – just to encourage everyone to enjoy our night skies!

It is FREE and you can HAVE FUN!  Where can you meet and learn about our skies in the very best place in the world…….we generally meet up at the visitor center at Mauna Kea on a dark night (or no moon) about once a month.
